What is Software Assurance?
Software Assurance is a subscription program which allows customers to maximise the value of their EntrySign software. With Software Assurance, organisations can benefit from product enhancements made available in future software releases and scheduled updates. Customers subscribing to Software Assurance will have access to the following benefits:
- Entitlement to software updates made available through our online updates service
- Upgrade to the latest 'Major' or 'Minor' software releases, ensuring customers can benefit from new product features (software only, excludes hardware)
- Access to bug fixes, security patches and other product improvements.

Terms & Conditions for Software Assurance
Software assurance provides entitlement to EntrySign software updates only and does not include 3rd-party updates e.g. operating system, hardware drivers etc. Without software assurance, you are liable for all costs associated with software upgrades, this can include engineering time as well as the new software. Software assurance is not a technical support agreement. Customers without an active solution support package will be required to pay for technical support if required.
Some features and functionality introduced in future releases may be designed to work in conjunction with additional hardware. Where this is the case, such hardware is not included within the software assurance subscription, and customers will be required to purchase this hardware at the published retail price in order to make us of such features.
Please note: While software assurance provides customers with entitlement to recieve updates, it does not provide any guarantee of compatibility with the customers hardware. As with all software, as new features are added and the complexity of the software increases, so may the minimum system requirements to run the software. Even with a software assurance subscription, customers may need to update or upgrade their hardware in future to retain compatibility with new software releases.
